摘    要:基于空间多标准分析方法,从最优产量、最优结构、最优用海比例和最优优化次序4个方面,构建海水养殖业空间布局优化标准指标体系,该指标体系包括3个指标层共36个指标。根据最优化理论,制定最优标准,并推出标准化得分公式,得分加权后获得目标区域海水养殖业空间布局优化综合得分。采用等差赋值法对综合评分进行分级,将海水养殖空间布局优化合理程度划分为不合理、过渡阶段和合理三大类,将优化水平划分为极度差、非常差、差、较差、濒临差、勉强好、较好、好、良好和非常好十小类。

Establishing Standards for Spatial Layout Optimization of Mariculture in China based on Spatial Multi-Criteria Analysis(SMCA)
Abstract:Based on spatial multi-criteria analysis(SMCA), the index system of spatial layout optimization of Mariculture is established according to four aspects which are the optimal production, the optimal structure, the optimal proportion of sea and the optimal using order, including 36 indexes which is divided into three layers. In addition, according to the optimization theory, the minimum standards, the maximum qualified standards and the optimal standards for the three-layer indices are constructed and the calculation formulas for the standardized scores are given. Then the composite scores of mariculture spatial layout optimization, obtained by weighted score for each indicator ,are divided into three stages, unreasonable, transition and reasonable stage, and ten different degrees from the worst to the best degree on the method of equivalence assignment. At last, the efficiency of the spatial layout is determined by the ratio of the second-layer score to its optimal score.
