| 摘 要： | 将战略协同的概念引入到项目组合选择问题中,定义协同度函数和有序度的概念,分析拟配置项目的环境适应能力和项目间的战略协同关系,以战略目标为序参量构建基于战略协同度的项目组合配置模型,用战略协同发展度来度量协同效应,解决多约束、多关联、多目标的项目组合配置问题;并实例验证了模型的有效性。

Project Portfolio Allocation Research Based on Strategic Synergy Degree |

| Abstract: | To solving the problem of project portfolio allocation which is multi-constrained,many associated and multi-objective,this paper introduces the strategic synergy theory in project portfolio selection,defines the degree of synergy function and degree of order,analyses the capacity of responsing the change of environment and the synergy relationship between projects strategic,takes the strategic objects as order parameter,establish a model of project portfolio allocation based on strategic synergy degree,measures the synergy effect with strategic synergy development degree.Then the effectiveness of the model is validated by an example at last. |
