| 摘 要： | 如何提高新产品研发的绩效,已成为企业界和学术界不断关注的焦点。本文试图从团队认知交互记忆系统和共享心智模型协同的角度探讨如何提高新产品研发的绩效。通过对杭州53家高新技术企业的新产品研发团队进行实证检验,发现交互记忆系统对新产品研发绩效有积极的影响,并在共享心智模型下这种关系得到增强,同时发现团队内隐协调在交互记忆系统与新产品研发绩效关系中发挥中介作用。

Research on new product development from the synergetic perspective of team cognition---Based on the synergism of Transactive Memory System and Shared Mental Model |

| Abstract: | How to improve the performance of NPD has become the focus of Business Community and Academia. This article discusses how to improve the performance of NPD from the synergetic perspective of Transactive Memory System and Shared Mental Model. Through an empirical test of 53 high-tech enterprises in Hangzhou, it is found that Transactive Memory System has a positive impact on the performance of NPD, the relationship will be strengthened under the context of Shared Mental Model, and the team implicit coordination plays a mediating role in the relationship between Transactive Memory System and team performance. |
