| 摘 要： | 风能资源的高效开发利用是实现我国绿色发展、节能减排的重要举措之一。采用数据包络分析方法(DEA),分析评价我国25个省(区)、6大区域性电网2014年和2015年风能资源利用效率,对利用效率影响因素进行分析。依据分析结果,提出针对性的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Wind Power high efficient development and utilization is one of the important moves to realize green development, energy-saving, emission-reducing of china. This article evaluates and analyzes on the effectiveness of the wind power utilization of 25 provincial regions andSsix regional power gridSin China for the years of 2014 and 2015 by using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA) and analyzes on influential factors of utilization efficiency. According to obtained analytical results, the paper put forward some corresponding countermeasure and advices. |
