| 摘 要： | 为减少七大浪费中的等待浪费,引了六西格玛管理概念。随着越来越多的企业全面使用ERP程序作为企业管理的工具,SAP系统作为世界应用最广的ERP系统,如今已拥有数量众多的生产企业用户。利用JMP的强交互和强数据分析能力,与SAP系统的高效管理能力相结合,对某生产企业的印刷板生产线进行六西格玛改进,缩短设备换型的时间,从而提高产线的生产效率,实现企业的精益生产。

The Design of JMP/SAP Based Six Sigma Management System and its Application in SMED |

| Abstract: | Nowadays, with the increase of product variety in large-scale production enterprise,production lines begin to face the problem of waste of time which caused by frequent exchange of die, in order to decrease the waste of waiting in lean, six sigma management theories are used in the passage. SAP, as one of the most widely-used ERP tool, has been used by more and more enterprises as the tool of enterprise management. Therefore, this passage aims to combine the excellent data analysis ability of JMP with efficient management ability of SAP to improve the PCB assembly line in a enterprise, using six sigma theory, in order to shorten the changeover time, improve the production efficiency and then release the lean production of the company. |
