摘    要:能否从创新生态系统视角识别导致创新“盲点”的关键因素,并有效规避是创新成功的关键,现有研究对创新“盲点”识别指标体系的构建及评价存在较大缺口。本文通过构建创新“盲点”识别指标体系,以南北车“中华之星”和CRH380A为系统创新的数据样本,采用多层次模糊综合评价法对创新“盲点”指标体系进行实证检验。研究结果表明:创新“盲点”的形成主要在于创新生境、政府部门、供应商、核心企业、配套互补商及用户/购买者创新合作的非耦合性;创新“盲点”识别指标体系具有可信度。

Construction and empirical analysis of innovation "blind spot" identification index system in innovation ecosystem
Abstract:Whether from the perspectives of innovation ecosystem can identify the key factors that lead to innovation "blind spots", and effectively avoid it is the key to success, the existing research for the construction of recognition index system and evaluation of innovation "blind spots" exists a big gap. In this paper, by constructing the identification index system of innovation "blind spots" , with China rail transit equipment industry as the research object (north and south car "China star" and CRH380A data samples), the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to empirical testing index system of innovation "blind spots". The research results show that the innovation "blind spot" mainly lies in the uncoupling of innovation environment, government departments, suppliers, core enterprises, complementary suppliers and users/purchasers. The identification index system of innovation "blind spot" is credibility.
