| 摘 要： | 以京津冀地区科技金融政策为研究对象,设计科技金融政策量化标准手册,从多维度定量分析该地区科技金融政策文本;通过拓展的C-D生产模型进行科技金融政策投入与科技产出之间的相关性与有效性分析。研究结果表明,京津冀三地科技金融政策投入差异明显,科技金融政策作为科技投入要素之一与科技产出的关联较为显著,但有效性差异较大,三地间的科技金融政策间的有效协同不足。

Analysis on The Efficiency of Science and Technology Financial Policy in Beijing, Tianjin And Hebei Region Based on Policy |

| Abstract: | This paper takes the science and technology finance policy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as the research object, designs the Science and Technology Financial Policy Quantitative Standard Handbook, quantitatively analyzes the regional science and technology financial policy text from the multidimensional degree; And carries on the correlation and the efficiency analysis between science and technology financial policy input and scientific and technological output through expanding C-D production model. The results show that: the investment of Science and technology financial policy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is obviously different, the science and technology finance policy, one of the key elements of science and technology, is more significant correlated with scientific and technological output; However, there is a great difference in efficiency analysis, and the effective synergy of science and technology financial policy among these three places is insufficient. |
