中国沿海地区海洋科技竞争力评价及影响因素分析

摘    要:从我国海洋科技投入、科技产出、社会经济发展三个方面构建海洋科技竞争力的评价指标,采用熵值法赋权进行实证分析。最后,引入空间权重矩阵,借助空间计量模型对海洋科技竞争力影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:在研究期内,我国沿海省份地区海洋科技竞争力具有明显地带性和空间分布差异性,形成北部以山东、东部以上海、南部以广东为核心的海洋科技辐射区;海洋科技对社会经济支撑作用最明显的3个省、市分别是:天津、上海和福建省;海洋科技人才结构对海洋科技竞争力影响最大且最为显著,海洋第二产业占比过高对海洋科技发展有负向作用,从业人员科技素养提高能有效提升海洋科技竞争力水平。

China coastal ocean science and technology competitiveness evaluation and analysis of influencing factors
Abstract:From our marine science and technology investment, science and technology, socio-economic development of the three aspects of marine science and technology competitiveness evaluation index using entropy weighting for empirical analysis. Finally, the introduction of spatial weight matrix, with the spatial econometric model on the analysis of the factors affecting the competitiveness of science and technology of the sea. Results showed that: in research period within, China coastal provinces area marine technology competitiveness has obviously zone sex and space distribution differences sex, formed North to Shandong, and East to Shanghai, and southern to Guangdong for core of space distribution pattern; marine technology on social economic support role most obviously of 3 a province, and city respectively is: Tianjin, and Shanghai and Fujian province; marine technology talent structure on marine technology competitiveness effect maximum and most significantly, marine second industry accounted for than high on marine technology development has negative to role, Practitioners improve technology literacy levels can enhance the competitiveness of marine science and technology.
