| 摘 要： | 企业价值共创体系是现代企业为适应超竞争环境而建立的价值创造复杂巨系统。基于超网络理论构建具有两层四网结构的企业价值共创体系结构模型,并分析网络层级间的关系、体系的影响因素和演化涌现过程,建立企业价值共创体系能力演化涌现机理模型。最后,通过模拟仿真验证模型的适用性,并提出企业价值共创体系的管理启示。

| Abstract: | Enterprise's value co-creation system is a complex giant value creation system established by modern enterprises to adapt to the hyper-competitive environment. In this article, based on the hyper-network theory, an enterprise value co-creation model with two-layer and four-network is constructed, and the relationship between network hierarchies, the influencing factors of the systems as well as the process of evolution and emergence are analyzed, then an evolutionary emergence model of system's capability is established. Finally, the applicability of the model is verified by simulation and the management inspiration of the enterprise value co-creation systems is put forward. |
