煤炭企业产学研创新系统的协同度研究

产学研协同创新有助于高校和科研机构的科技进步,有助于煤炭企业的创新发展,而现有研究还存在一些不足。由此,以煤炭企业产学研创新系统为研究对象,本文构建了煤炭企业、高校和科研机构三大创新子系统的指标体系,采用2010-2016年的数据,运用协同度模型,计算了三大创新子系统的有序度,并对煤炭企业产学研创新系统的协同度进行了分析。研究结果表明,煤炭企业产学研创新系统的协同度处于中等偏上水平；创新子系统之间以及系统整体的协同度呈现不同变化趋势,高校与科研机构创新子系统之间的协同度线性增加,而煤炭企业创新子系统与高校和科研机构创新子系统之间以及系统整体协同度呈现倒U型。研究结果可以为煤炭企业、高校和科研机构提供对策,推动煤炭企业产学研协同创新的发展。

The Research on Synergy Degree of Innovation System of Industry-University-Research of Coal Enterprise

The synergy innovation of Industry-University-Research is helpful for the progressSof science and technology of university and research institute, and for the innovation development of coal enterprise. However, there are still some deficiencies in the existing research. Therefore, taking innovation system of Industry-University-Research of coal enterprise as the research object, this paper constructs the index system of the three innovation sub-systems of coal enterprise, university and research institute. Using the data of 2010-2016, the paper calculates the order degree of the three innovation sub-systems, then analyses the synergy degree of innovation system of Industry-University-Research of coal enterprise through the synergy degree model. The result shows that the synergetic degree of innovation system of Industry-University-Research of coal enterprise is above the average. The synergy degree of innovation sub-systems and overall system show differentSvariation tendency. The synergy degree of innovation sub-systems between university and research institute increases linearly; while the synergy degree of innovation sub-systems between coal enterprise and university or research institute, and the synergy degree of overall system show inverted U type. The research result can provide countermeasures for coal enterprise, university and research institute, and promote the development of synergy innovation of Industry-University-Research of coal enterprise.
