我国低碳城市规划存在的问题及对策探析

摘    要:低碳城市作为我国当前城市建设的重要方向,其中低碳城市规划是低碳城市建设的关键。通过分析发现,由于低碳概念的不清晰,数据、资料的缺失与获取困难等造成的城市温室气体排放核算结果不全面、目标不明确,以及编制单位资质不一等,导致我国当前低碳城市规划在实施和内容方面存在一系列问题;针对这些问题,提出在大数据时代,可利用大数据挖掘与分析技术,通过规划大数据平台搭建、大数据的应用及加大对低碳城市规划的指导与监管等来解决。

Problems and Countermeasures of low carbon city planning in China
Abstract:Low carbon city as an important direction of China"s current urban construction, and low carbon city planning was the key to the construction of low carbon city. Through the analysis found that, due to the low carbon concept was not clear, the urban greenhouse gas emissions accounting results were not comprehensive and the objectives were not clear caused by the lack and difficult access of data and statistics, and the various preparation unit qualification, the current low-carbon city planning existed the implementation and content issues. To solve these problems, this paper put forward that we could use big data mining and analysis technology, through planning big data platform construction, big data analysis and utilization, increase the low-carbon city planning guidance and supervision to solve these problems in the era of large data.
