基于灰色直觉模糊层次分析法的海绵城市建设风险评价方法研究

科学合理地对海绵城市建设风险实施评价对于海绵城市建设理念的推广具有重要意义。首先从管理、技术、环境、经济和社会五个维度建立了海绵城市建设风险评价指标体系；其次,将直觉模糊层次分析法和灰色理论两种方法结合,提出了基于灰色直觉模糊层次分析法的风险评价模型；最后,以重庆市海绵城市试点新区悦来新城为例,对其建设风险进行评价。结果表明该模型在海绵城市建设风险评价方面具有良好的适用性。

Study on the Risk Assessment Method of Sponge City Construction under Grey Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

It is significant for generalization of sponge city construction to assess the risk scientifically, firstly, the risk assessment index system of the sponge city construction is constructed from five aspects of management, technology, environment, economy and society; then, risk assessment model based on Grey intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed; finally, the Yuelai New area in Chongqing is taken as an example and evaluating the risk of it. The results show that:(1) the risk of sponge city is higher;(2) the proposed model can effectively and flexibly estimate the risk of sponge city construction.
