企业开展工程伦理教育的可行性分析——以9家大型央企为例

企业也应当成为工程伦理教育的重要实施主体。通过对9家央企的案例研究可以看出,目前在企业中已经开展与工程伦理相关的教育活动,从制度、监管和责任三个方面都具备了开展工程伦理教育的现实基础。企业开展工程伦理教育的难点主要在于对这一概念缺乏认同,并且不同企业间在理念和实践上的差距较大。下一步应当从增强顶层设计、重构人才标准、强化岗位特色、校企深度融合以及营造伦理氛围等方面推动企业开展工程伦理教育。

Feasibility Analysis onEngineering Ethics Education in Enterprises

Enterprises should be the significant implementation of engineering ethics education as well as colleges. There have already been many relative education activities through the case study of 9 state-owned enterprises. The concept of engineering ethics education is not acknowledged by the enterprises and the divergences between different subjects may cause the difficulties. The measures to go are enhancing the top-level design, re-constructing the talents standards, intensifying the position features, cooperating with colleges and creating an ethics atmosphere in enterprises.
