| 摘 要： | 梳理美国政府关于无人机系统的系列通报和其他研究报告,基于三螺旋理论,从政府、大学和产业的角度剖析美国无人机发展的基本策略,分析3方面主体各自的角色和相互交叉、彼此协同的职能,构建三螺旋模型;在此基础上,总结相关经验,对我国无人机发展提出建议。

Research on the Unmanned Aircraft Development Strategy of USABased on Triple Helix Theory |

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the fact sheets and other research reports on the unmanned aircraft system released by US government. Based on the theory of triple helix, this paper analyzes the development strategy of UAS from the angle of government, university and industry,explains the respective role of the three parties and their functions in a cross and synergistic manner, and then constructs a triple helix model. On this basis, the author summarizes the relevant experience, and then gives some recommendations for the development of China"s UAS. |
