我国科技企业孵化器发展现状及对策研究

研究我国科技企业孵化器30多年的发展历程，从战略地位、政策支持、发展规模、运营模式、服务内容及孵化效益等方面综合梳理分析我国科技企业孵化器的发展现状、面临的机遇和挑战，构建了科技企业孵化器孵化流程框架和服务体系模型，提出优化内外部资源配置、建立项目入驻筛选机制、构建创业孵化服务体系、提高项目投融资覆盖率以及加强政府政策引导支持等措施。

Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of the Development of Chinese Technology Business Incubators

This paper studies the development history of China''s technology business incubators over 30 years, and comprehensively analyzes the development status, opportunities and challenges of China''s technology business incubators from the aspects of strategic status, policy support, development scale, operation mode, service content and incubation benefit, and builds a technology business incubator incubation process framework and service system model. At last, This paper proposes measures such as optimizing the allocation of internal and external resources, establishing a project screening mechanism, building a business incubator service system, improving project investment and financing coverage, and strengthening government policy guidance and support.
