摘    要:在中国经济的新常态下,各地区技术创新能力均已经处于较高水平,但对于创新成果的转化效率仍然较低,其关键就在于没有充分发挥技术市场对于交易效率的促进作用。现有对于影响技术市场交易效率的研究仍然较为缺乏,无法从根本上提出针对性的决策依据及建议。为探明地区创新能力对于地区技术市场交易效率将产生何种影响及如何产生的问题,在理论分析的基础上以长三角地区4个省级行政区域作为研究对象,基于效率评估两步法进行实证分析。研究结果表明通过发明类型专利和地区科技人员投入增加形成的地区创新能力的提升对技术交易中介交易效率存在促进作用,而由实用新型类型专利提升导致的创新能力的提高对交易效率存在负向影响。研究结论为促进地区技术市场交易效率的提高,进而更好地实施中国的创新驱动战略提供政策启示。

Research on the Influence of Innovation Capabilities of Yangtze River Delta Region on the Trading Efficiency of Technology Market
Abstract:Under the new normal of China"s economy, the technological innovation capabilities of all regions have been at a relatively high level. However, the efficiency of the transformation of innovation results is still relatively low. The key is that the technology market is not fully used to promote transaction efficiency. The existing research on the efficiency of the technology market transaction is still relatively lacking, and it is impossible to fundamentally propose targeted decision-making basis and recommendations. In order to find out how regional innovation capacity will affect the transaction efficiency of regional technology markets and how they arise, based on theoretical analysis, four provincial administrative regions in the Yangtze River Delta region are taken as research objects and a two-step approach based on efficiency assessment is carried out. Empirical analysis. The results of the study indicate that the increase in regional innovation capacity created through the increase in the number of invention-type patents and regional scientific and technical personnel input has a positive effect on the transaction efficiency of technology transactions, while the increase in innovation capacity resulting from the promotion of utility model-type patents has a negative impact on transaction efficiency. The research conclusions provide policy inspiration for promoting the improvement of transaction efficiency in regional technology markets, and thus better implementing China"s innovation-driven strategy.
