基于AHP-改进TOPSIS法的制造系统精益设计评价模型

摘    要:提出“零库存、零等待、零寻找、短物流、高柔性”的制造系统精益设计功能性特点,以其为切入点,采用平衡计分卡方法构建制造系统精益设计评价指标体系,并采用指数标度的层次分析(AHP)方法构造判断矩阵,确定较客观的评价指标权重。然后提出加权校准马氏距离改进的TOPSIS决策方法,对制造系统精益设计方案进行优劣排序。最后应用实例验证所提方法的合理性和有效性,为制造系统精益设计方案决策提供实践参考。

Manufacturing System Lean Design Evaluation ModelBased on AHP, improved TOPSIS Method

Abstract:From the viewpoint of the functional characteristics of Manufacturing System Lean Design(MSLD),which is ies, zero waiting, zero search, short logistics and high flexibility ",established its evaluation index system based on BSC(balanced score card) method; The evaluation matrix was constructed by index scale of AHP method, objectively determined the evaluation index weight; put forwards Weighted regularized Mahalanobis Distances improved TOPSIS method to determine the sorts of MSLD solutions. Finally, a application example verifies the rationality and validity of the proposed method, results show that the method is more reliable, accurate and applicable. It provides practical reference for the decision-making of lean design solutions for manufacturing systems.
