| 摘 要： | 以花样滑冰运动项目属性特点剖析为切入点，阐述花样滑冰的制胜规律和规则的导向作用，技术与艺术的均衡性和完整性。指出花样滑冰运动竞赛得分决定性因素包括：人为评判、技术动作评价、节目内容评价、得分价值和规则导向等，为花样滑冰竞技水平的提高提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Starting at the analysis on sports properties and characterisitics of figure skating, the paper dis- cusses the guiding role of figure skating＇ s winning laws and rules, the balance and completeness of skills and art. As a theoretical reference of improving the figure skaters＇ competitive performance, it points out that the decisive factors in figure skating competitions scoring include human evalution, technical motions evalution, program evalution, score value and rules guide. |
