| 摘 要： | 小康社会是以人为本的社会，和谐是小康社会的重要特征。以人为本，是我国社会主义现代化建设经验教训的概括与总结，是新的历史时期推进我国经济社会发展的需要，是以和谐为特征的全面小康社会建设的根本目标。以人为本，既体现了我们党正视现实的智慧和勇气，又顺应了社会发展，是以和谐为特征的小康社会的本质要求。

| Abstract: | The well- off society is the humanity oriented society. The harmony is well- off society＇s major character. The Humanity oriented is the conclusion and summary of our experience in building socialist modernization in China. The Humanity oriented is the demand for developing our country＇s economy in the new historical period. The Humanity oriented is the basic goal of building harmony society and the characteristic of well - off society. Humanity oriented, not only shows our party＇ wisdom and the courage to face the current circumanstance, but also is in conformance with the social development. It was fundamental requirement of well - off society whose characteristics are harmony. |
