摘    要:新课程不仅要改变教师的教育观念,而且要改变教师习以为常的教学方式和教学行为;那么,新课程通识培训在培训的理念、目标、内容、方式和评价等方面进行积极有益的探索与创新,取得了令人满意的成绩与效果。

Abstract:New curricula require teachers not only to change their teaching concepts but also to change their habitual teaching methods and behaviors. Then, teaching concept training of new curricula has made positive and effective exploration and creation, achieving satisfactory results.
