| 摘 要： | 如何合理地对知识进行定价，是知识经济发展中迫切需要解决的问题。根据效益分成方法的基本思路，针对知识资产的特点，设计了一套针对知识特性的知识价值评估模式，就如何确定知识的效益和分成率展开了较深入的研究。
