岂忍金簪雪里埋？—略论薛宝钗的管理才能

从历史的发展和曾氏《红楼梦》的主旨看，探春改革虽然并不完全值得肯定。但也有某种有价值的东西。特别是薛宝钗在这场改革中的谋士之才，更应予注意和研究。薛宝钗重视经典理论对改革实践的指导作用，用朱子《不自弃》丈，为探春改革的名正言顺提供依据；在知人用人教育人方面有其独到的可取之处；她的“小惠全大体”的作法，对于今天构建和谐社会，也不无裨益。宝钗的管理思想，含有某种现代“行为科学”的远源成份，对我们有某种借鉴意义。

A Brief Study on Xue Baochai's Management Talent

From the development of history and the purport of A Dream of Red Mansions by Can,Tanchun's reformation has some value although it is not perfect,especially Xue Baochai,who plays a role of advisor in the reformation, deserves our attention.She pays attention to the classical theory and its guiding role for the reformation.She provides a reasonable basis for Tan Chun's reformation by using Zhu Zi's Never Give Up.She has some talent in knowing people, selecting people and training people.Her practice of "using small favor to benefit all" is useful for our constructing harmonious society.Her management ideology has some features of the modem "behavioral science" and can provide guidance for us.
