高校师德评价指标体系研究

摘    要:当前,高校都非常重视师德的建设,但在建设和评价的过程中,却因缺乏一套行之有效的师德评价指标体系而未能够对教师的师德表现实现公平、科学、高效的评价。为此,本文从高校师德评价指标体系的现状和师德的内涵着手进行分析,试图构建一套较为科学合理的评价指标体系.以期对高校师德评价工作起到一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Professional ethics building is being attached importance in high schools, but teachers' ethical behaviors are not fairly, scientifically and effectively valued because of the lack of an effective Professional Ethics Evaluation Index System (PEES). In this respect, by analyzing the current situation of PEES and the connotation of professional ethics, the article attempts to construct a relatively scientific and reasonable evaluation index system to instruct professional Ethics evaluation in the high schools in some way.
