| 摘 要： | 数字时代图书馆的主要特点就是数字化信息资源共事,但现代图书馆的数字化服务却时常与知识产权保护产生矛盾,亟需要有适用数字图书馆事业科学发展的专门法律作为保障.本文结合数字图书馆发展中易与法律冲突方面以及我国图书馆的法律环境问题,对我国图书馆相关立法问题作点滴思考.
