中学武术套路的趣味教学法探析

武术是中国传统体育运动项目,也是中学体育课的重要项目之一,也是中学生的喜爱的一项运动。武术课不仅可以提高学生的体质,而且可以传授中国固有的传统文化。在武术套路教学中有效培养和激发学生的习武兴趣,不仅可以提高学生习武积极性,改善武术动作质量,而且有利于促进学生武术技能的形成。教学的趣味性能激发学生的对武术的热爱,产生浓厚的兴趣,从而提高教学质量,在教学中还应稳定和深化学生的习武兴趣。文章运用文献资料的研究方法和归纳分析法,根据对中学生心理和生理的特点分析,就如何提高武术的趣味性教学方法进行了探索性研究。

The Interesting Methods of Wushu Routines Teaching in Middle Schools

As one of the Chinese traditional sports, Wushu is an important sport item in middle school P.E. classes, and students' favorite sport. Wushu class can not only improve students body quality, but spread Chinese traditional culture as well. Cultivating students learning interests in Wushu class can spire students interests and enthusiasm of practicing Wushu, and improve their movements quality, can also improve their Wushu skills. Interesting teaching methods can stimulate students enthusiasm of practicing Wushu and improve the teaching effect of Wushu teaching. With the methods of document study and logical analysis, the paper probes the interesting methods of teaching Wushu in class.
