| 摘 要： | 理解按劳分配中的“资产阶级权利”必须深入到《哥达纲领批判》的逻辑语境之中。这就涉及到对按劳分配产生的渊源及其实施的限定性条件等方面的梳理。唯有如此,才能达到对“资产阶级权利”的正确诠释。
