复合固体超强酸S2O8^2-/ZrO2-SnO2的制备及催化合成己酸异戊酯的研究

摘    要:合成了复合固体超强酸S2O8^2-/ZrO2-SnO2,研究了SnO2的最佳添加量,并将其应用于催化合成己酸异戊酯的反应,考查了最佳反应条件.SnO2的最佳添加量为2.0%,最佳反应条件为0.10mol己酸使用1.0g复合固体超强酸催化剂,醇酸摩尔比2.0,反应时间为2.5h,己酸的酯化率可达96%以上,而且不污染环境.

Abstract:The solid super acid S2O8^2-/ZrO2-SnO2 is prepared, the mass fraction of SnO2 is studied, and it is applied on the catalytic synthesis of isoamyl hexanoate. The optimum conditions are selected as following:The mass fraction of SnO2 is 2.0%, the weight of catalyst is 1.0 g/0.10 mol hexanoic acid ; the mole ratio of acid and alchol is 1 : 2.0 and the reaction time is 2.5 hour. The estefification of hexanoic acid is above 96% and it doesnt pollute the environment.
