| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育质量评价指标体系由素质指标、职能指标和效果指标三个一级指标体系构成,在构建的过程中,提出了应坚持多元的价值取向、把握质量的统一标准和践行特色的质量之路的价值取向,并应遵循体现针对性、强调发展性和突出理论性等原则。
