商务英语听说语篇的人际功能分析

摘    要:对商务英语听说语篇的人际功能进行分析有利于揭示其语篇、语言特点,这对于商务英语听说教学和交际都具有启示和指导作用。对SRAPR(Sales Review And Performance Report)类商务英语听说语篇的人际功能进行的分析可以揭示该类语篇的一些特点,如时态以一般过去时、现在完成时为主;语气多半不卑不亢而又不乏谦虚;语气附加语,特别是表示程度的语气附加语的使用频率较高。这些特点都可以从语境中交际者之间的人际关系中找到原因,并服务于交际目的 。

Abstract:The analysis of interpersonal function of business English listening and speaking discourses will help us to reveal its discourse as well as language features,which can inspire and guide business English listening speaking teaching and communication.Interpersonal function analysis of SRAPR(Sales Review And Performance Report) discourses can reveal some of the features,such as the main tense being simple past and present perfect,the main tone adopted being neither haughty nor humble and with some modesty,mood adjuncts,especially mood adjuncts that indicate degrees are relatively more frequently used.The cause of these characters can be found in the interpersonal relationship between both parties of communication in the context,and all these characters serve the purpose of communication.
