| 摘 要： | 面对新世纪，加强和改进高校思想政治工作已刻不容缓。高校思想政治工作要研究新情况，探索新形势下开展思想政治工作的新途径，需要加强工作研究、发挥学生的主体作用、探索高校校内管理体制，同时发挥其它学科理论在思想政治工作中的作用，切实提升高校思想政治工作的有效性。
