Study on the Key Psychological Diathesis and the Method of Selection and Training for Telegraph Operators

The paper studies the key psychological diathesis of telegraph operators and studies the m ethod of selection and training. We will find that there are many differences among people through dictation experiment, short-term memory experiment and the conceptual model. We can also find these experiments can help find the people more appropriate to be operators, and the conceptual model can help improve and train the efficiency of telegraph transmission.
