| 摘 要： | 在回顾个体创造力、团队创造力相关理论以及结合前人工作研究的基础上,概述国内外有关个体创造力和团队创造力的研究现状,并对个体创造力、团队创造力进行明确的定义。提出一种全新的透镜模型,以解决上述缺陷。

| Abstract: | Since the birth of creativity for the 5 decades,most of creativity research is about personal creativity,team creativity and their assessment models,and so on..It is merely visible that some research about personal creativity transforming to team creativity,and it become a defect in this area.In the background of personal creativity and team creativity research in the past,this article attempts to summarize the status quo of personal and team creativity research,clarify the concepts of creativity,and construct a new "lens" model to solve the defect. |
