| Abstract: | The authors figure out that strategic alliance is a mode of hybrid governance,which has some characteristics of both firm and market.The paper modifies Oliver E.Williamson's heuristic model to explain the medium organization's characteristics and formation mechanism of strategic alliances of the firm based on efficiency perspective.In the end,the authors analyze a typical case of faw-volkswagen. |
