转折时期医药情报研究与信息可视化分析应用

摘    要:医药行业正在面临一场巨大的转折:大量药物陆续失去专利保护,进入仿制药行业;同时新的治疗作用的化合物实体发现的脚步在放缓,以生物标志物为前提的下一代医疗技术——个性化医疗已初露端倪。在这场转折中,行业面临着如何预警新的仿制药品种,如何提高新药研发效率,以及如何及时洞察个性化医疗中出现的新技术。信息的有效利用是顺利解决以上问题的不可或缺的环节,尤其在2008年我国启动了“重大新药创制”专项的大背景下,如何有效利用医药情报,提高专项经费的利用效率与成功率,也将成为一个重大的课题摆在我们面前。文章试图通过探讨如何利用信息的可视化分析技术,有效地将零散的信息,转化成有意义的情报,用以指导研发与政策策略的制定,更好地应对当前所面对的问题。

Abstract:The world medicine industry has been facing the big change, lots of drugs' exclusive patent right continues to expire. It is good opportunity for our country's generic drug industry. At the same time, the speed of discovering new drugs slows down. The next generation medicine, personalized medicine, happens to appear the future opportunity based on the development of biomarkers technology. How to seize the new opportunity for the generic drug? How to improve the new drugs R&D efficiency? How to apperceive the new technology for the next generation medicine? It is important if we effectively use the existing medicine information to face the above challenges, especially the Science & Technology Ministry started the big project "Strategic New Drug Research and Development" in2008. Thereis also a problem we are facing how to use the project investment effectively. We try to explore the application of visualization analysis technology to transfer the scattering medicine information into the meaningful intelligence based on the integrated platform. Such structured intelligent information may support decision making process in R&D strategic and scientific policy planning.
