| 摘 要： | 毕节师专、毕节教育学院已合并升格为毕节学院。作为学院三大支柱之一的图书馆,在合并后将面临新的挑战。所以,新形势下的学院图书馆工作在文献资源建设、人才培养机制、读者服务工作等方面也应作相应的改革调整。这样才能发展自我,适应形势发展的需要。
