| 摘 要： | 教师日常的教学生活需要强化问题意识。问题意识能够驱动教师揭示教学活动的偶然性、流变性、不确定性,彰显教师个人的缄默知识、本土经验以及教学活动过程中互动关系的内在价值。解决问题的过程是教学智慧生成与发展的过程。现今的学校文化中唯技术主义倾向严重,急功近利的愿望使教师的问题意识淡漠。要唤醒问题意识,就需要在解决日常遇到的各种各样的实践问题的过程中积极反思和行动,并在反思和行动中转变自身的教学行为。
