| 摘 要： | “非典型肺炎事件”中 ,政府和媒体的“缺席”(媒体的“不作为”)曾一度引起某些地区流言扩散 ,造成百姓恐慌 ,这种现象也引起人们的反思。作者认为 ,这实质上是因中国媒体的“期待性沉默”造成的 ,本文详细分析了这种现象产生的原因 ,并就今后如何避免类似情况发生提出建议
