| Abstract: | The advancement of sweeteners has been reviewed in this paper, including the variety of sweeteners, QSAR study, the sweetness theory and the model of sweetener's receptor. It is pointed out that all the fields mentioned above should be developed more quickly as the advancement of experiment methods and computer simulation. |
