摘    要:自主学习既是现代教育的理想教育目标,也是扼制成人教学质量提高的"瓶颈"。笔者认为元认知则是打开这一"瓶颈"的"钥匙",不仅对学生的自主学习能力的培养起着指导和调控作用,而且对成人教育低迷现状的改善有着积极意义。

Abstract:Autonomic study is the ideal goal of modern education, yet it is still the bottleneck which hinders the improvement of the adult teaching quality. Metacognition is the key to this bottleneck. It not only guides and adjusts the cultivation of the student's autonomy study, but also plays an positive role in overcoming the predicament of adult education.
