摘    要:当教师发展进入熟手型教师阶段时,通常会进入职业发展的"高原期"。新课改依靠集体备课组织促进教师内部合作,通过专家引领促进教师与外部交流,能有效克服高原期孤寂感。新课改以课程反思为基础,促进教师反思,有利于破解高原期困惑。新课改以课程研究为起点,倡导教师研究,为教师走出高原期提供了新动力。
