摘    要:“说课”是高职院校人才培养工作评估中的一项重要内容,是考察院校人才培养工作状态与质量的重要途径。听“说课”的过程既是了解一门课程教学设计的过程,也是了解专业建设和被评院校规范化办学的过程。评估专家不仅要在正确理解高职教育课程及其使命的基础上把握“听”的重点;而且要通过预审状态数据,有针对性选择被“说”的课程,由表及里,系统探究影响人才培养质量的因素;同时,要把听“说课”获取的信息,与通过其它形式获得的信息有机整合,最后才能对高职院校人才培养工作做出科学评价。
