| 摘 要： | 宣传司法人性化,有利于促进人性化司法,加强对人权的尊重和保障。但也要避免在宣传司法人性化时过度吹捧,产生误导。适度的宣传,积极地引导,充分发挥舆论导向作用和舆论监督作用,是宣传司法人性化的必由之路。

| Abstract: | The humanization of the propaganda in jurisdiction facilitates the humanized jurisdiction, and strengthens the respect and guarantee for human rights . However, over——praise should be avoided in the propaganda of the humanized jurisdiction. It is necessary in the propaganda of humanized jurisdiction that we should bring the orientation of the public opinions and supervising role into full play . |
