摘 要: | 本文运用理论联系实际的方法,通过对K公司薪酬体系现状的分析,找出其存在的主要问题,运用全面薪酬理论和宽带薪酬理论,吸收其他先进的薪酬设计技术和方法,设计了一套与K公司相符合,并适应现代市场经济环境的薪酬方案。

Abstract: | Through the application of theory into practice,this article,based on the analysis of company K's current salary scheme,indicates its disadvantages in salary planning system.With a combination of application of overall salary theory and broadband salary structure theory and by referring to other advanced salary planning techniques and methods,this article presents a new salary program,which will suit company K and adapt to modern market economy as well. |
