微格教学法在高校速度滑冰教学中的应用研究

摘    要:微格教学法原是训练教育者教学技能的一种培训方法,是以现代教育理论为基础,融合多种教学手段的一种科学教学模式。微格教学法应用于速度滑冰教学中,除提高师范生师范技能以外,对提高学生的技术水平及运动成绩有显著效果,研究表明这种教学方法对激发学生学习兴趣,调动学生主观能动性,增强其自主学习的能力和实践能力,培养良好的心理素质,提高交往能力,开发学生创新思维和探究能力等综合素质有积极意义。

Abstract:Micro-teaching is a method based on the modern educational theory for training the students' teaching skills.And it is also a scientific model absorbed various kinds of teaching means.Application of the method may advance the students' teaching skills and markedly improve their sports performance to get better results.The method is meaning in inspiring the study interesting,in mobilizing the subjective positivity,in enhancing the self-educated ability and practice ability,in bring good psychology diathesis,in improving communication ability,in training the innovation or research ability and so on.
