海峡两岸反倾销立法比较研究

海峡两岸人民有着相同的文化,改革开放以来两岸人民的交往日渐繁多,中国大陆成了台商投资的一块热土,两岸的贸易金额大幅度上涨。两地相继加入WTO后,都面临降低关税的迫切要求,反倾销成为保护民族产业的十分重要的手段。两岸反倾销立法存在很大区别,对二者进行比较有助于大陆反倾销立法的完善。
