| 摘 要： | 社会经济的发展,人们交往范围的扩大,文化观念的变化,社会控制的失范,使"婚外情"现象恣意盛行。"婚外情"对爱人和孩子的心灵伤害,单凭"良心"的谴责无法弥补。要有力制止"婚外情"现象,"软"的道德约束和"硬"的法律制裁缺一不可。

| Abstract: | With the development of the social economy,the extension of people's communications and the change of cultural conception and the loss of social control,"extramarital affairs" wanton prevalently.The mental hurt to both the wife and the children caused from the extramarital affairs can't be made up only by conscience condemnation.To effectively put an end to "extramarital affairs","soft" moral constraint and "tough" legal sanctions are dispensable.. |
