利益相关者视角下高校图书馆科学数据服务权益保障研究

[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆科学数据服务权益保障提供参考,推动我国高校图书馆科学数据服务的发展。[方法/过程]采用网络调查法和文本分析法,对国外高校图书馆科学数据权益保护现状进行分析,并基于此提出我国高校图书馆科学数据权益保护的启示。[结果/结论]分阶段制定科学数据权益保障措施、明确科学数据权责、提高科学数据安全保密技术以及加强科学数据产权意识教育。

Research on the Rights and Interests Protection of Scientific Data Service in University Libraries from the Perspective of Stakeholders

[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to provide references for the protection of scientific data service rights of university libraries and promote the development of scientific data service in university libraries in China.[Method/process]By network survey and text analysis the paper analyzes the status quo of scientific data rights protection of foreign university libraries and proposes some enlightenment on the protection of scientific data rights of university libraries in China.[Result/conclusion]Supporting measures of scientific data rights and interests should be formulated step by step the rights and responsibilities of scientific data should be clarified the technology of scientific data security and secrecy should be improved and the education of scientific data property rights awareness should be strengthened.
