| Abstract: | Talent cultivation is the center of university work.The task of higher education is to cultivate qualified talents for the future society and cultivate innovative talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.The author's department puts forward the"star"pilot talent program,which focuses on the reform and innovation of talent cultivation mode.This paper briefly describes the background,objectives and contents of the program,and elaborates the innovations for the reference of relevant researchers. |
