| 摘 要： | 音乐教育活动作为21世纪不可缺少的美育内容，音乐教师的自身素质与教学能力必定影响着其发展与结果，本通过对音乐教师自身素质与教学能力的调查研究，提出统一师范培养目标的教学思想，加大教育教学改革的力度。以期培养符合社会需要的音乐教师。

| Abstract: | Music education is a necessary part of the arts in the 21th century. T hy music teacher's quality and teaching ability will surely affect its developme nt and result. Through the investigation and research of the music teacher's qua lity and teaching ability, this article advocates to train students with future music teachers aim,and at the same time to go further in education reform,in t he hope to train qualified kids' music teachers that can meet the society desire . |
