| 摘 要： | 通过对高水平运动员测试的地图、线路以及参测选手定向实践赛相关数据进行统计、分析,并结合5 000 m跑成绩设计出选手测试过程中用于解决定向技术问题用时的方法及其所占总用时的百分比,以此作为评价运动员定向技术水平的指标。

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the testing maps,routes,data of practical matches of high-level sportsmen,and combines the results of 5000 meters race to design the methods and time percentage of orienteering skills in the testing course,then makes out the estimating guideline of orienteering skill levels. |
